Basically he wants to pay for it with a wealth tax.

Why do the ones who will benefit from having their student loans forgiven care who is going to pay? I guess they feel as if the ultra wealthy pay. They are just doing what is best for their immediate pocket book - same as many Trumpers on here.

Lenders consciously made bad loans because they knew they were guaranteed. I don't care if unethical behavior is penalized.

Stop the guarantee going forward and this 'problem ' will fix itself. You won't be able to get loans for stupid degrees anymore.

This crazy kid admittedly wants to go to school for 6-8 years. After school he has no guarantee of getting a job in his field of study. He also thinks if that’s the case he should be able to get a job ANYWHERE, work 40 hours, and be able to purchase a nice home, nice vehicle, and whatever else he wants.

Private insurance doesn't work in other nations and it isn't working here. Just drives up cost by making it more complicated.

You clearly have never dealt with the government before. Or seen what they have done to health care in this nation already.
