I have 3 people who work for me who are intellectually disabled. They all make over $10 an hour. 2 of them require social workers to be on site with them when they work. I suspect there are well over 100 of similar instances company wide.Why is it ludicrous to assume? So if a 33-year old is making minimum wage, is it fair to ask what they were doing with their lives between the ages of 18-33?
