Nine-year old boy asks Pete Buttigieg to help him tell the world he is gay too during emotional moment at campaign rally

Former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg gave some personal and emotional advice to a nine-year old boy who asked for advice on how to be brave and tell the world he is gay.

The boy said in a question he wrote out in advance at a Buttigieg town hall in Colorado Saturday night: ''Thank you for being so brave. Would you help me tell the world I'm gay, too? I want to be brave like you,' the boy told him.

Buttigieg, who is openly gay and who made history in his campaign by winning the most delegate equivalents out of Iowa in his presidential campaign, responded by complimenting the boy on his own bravery.

Buttigieg then spoke about his own decision to come out as gay while serving as the mayor of South Bend. He was on the campaign trail with his husband, Chasten.

The Colorado Sun identified the boy as Zachary Ro. He said after the event it was 'exciting' adding, 'I felt really happy. 'I was glad I was able to tell everyone in the audience that I’m gay,' he said, speaking alongside his family.

Judge Judy, Bloomberg and that crowd have to decide one thing: Are they going to fight Trump or are they going to fight socialism 'cause they can't do both. The Dem party has moved far left. They're a lost cause. If you're going to fight socialism you're best served by coming to the conservative cause. Conservatives have been fighting socialism for generations

They may decide that the only way to get rid of the socialism idea is for it to face a resounding defeat in November.

Why are these local losing yahoos still stuck with this popular vote idea that it's suppose to win the Presidential election?
This is not like a high school king & queen prom popularity contest. Loony left idiots think the popular vote wins the election are stupid people that never came out from living in the backwoods of Kentucky.

It's the team that brags about having the most yards but loses by two touchdowns so the moral victory makes them feel like they have a case.

CBS just aired a very friendly interview of Bernie on 60 Mins...even though it was very friendly, he did not help his cause. It was not good. I'll sum it up: He promised free healthcare for everyone, free college, pay off your student loans, green deal and free childcare up to age 4 and with the exception of a 4% payroll tax on employees, everything will be paid for by billionaires and Wall St.

Does it matter? It's all pandering... No chance any of it happens. The worst possible scenario is for the executive branch and the legislative branch to be governed by the same party.

I vote for gridlock.

Joe Biden Poses with Cher and Asks: ‘Do You Believe in Life After Trump?’

Mere hours before suffering another political defeat in the Nevada caucus, Joe Biden posed for a photo with his celebrity endorser Cher and took a cheap shot at President Donald Trump.

“Do you believe in life after Trump?” read the caption — inspired by Cher’s 1998 hit “Believe” — on a tweet from Biden, which included a photo of the floundering White House hopeful alongside the Grammy-winning singer.
Suffice it to say that Cher’s loud endorsement of the former vice president, just days before the contest, didn’t help his stock in the Battle Born State.
I thought Cher and @Coug bugged out to Canadia after hills lost???

Fine. If that's the case then they should campaign for Trump. To this point Bloomberg has said that he'll give money and support the Dem nominee.

So it begins.

I saw that. It reminded me of Reds owner Marge Schott who famously said "Hitler was good in the beginning."

Anderson Cooper was a wimp for not challenging him more...in fact he should have made it clear that he and his family are the billionaires who Sanders was talking about

It’s always the same ol excuse , and it always ends up the same way . “ They didn’t do socialism the right way , we will “. The good thing is , as a whole , the country will lose a lot of weight . Socialism is one of the best weight loss programs a government can offer .

I’d say that “lower-middle-class” has a cap well below $100k, but the threshold for “upper-middle-class” has a pretty wide range from around $200k/$250k to $600k. I wouldn’t call someone earning $500k “rich,” but I certainly wouldn’t call a guy pulling $90k “poor” by any stretch.

Should we define “rich” by percentile in comparison to other Americans or by overall wealth?

I feel as if focusing on the former is one avenue, though it would certainly lend far too much leniency as to what constitutes “rich.”

There’s definitely a pronounced difference between earning a healthy income and being “rich” in contemporary America, and I believe that failing to recognize this serves only to hurt those on the fringe.

Susan Sarandon Heads to South Carolina to Support Sanders: ‘It’s Happening Guys’

Left-wing activist and actress Susan Sarandon posted a video to Twitter to let fans know she was headed to the Palmetto State to stump for Bernie Sanders in Charleston.

“OK, guys, I’m on the road again for Bernie. On my way to Charleston, South Carolina. Loved it that last time I was there,” the Thelma & Louise star said as she rode in the back of a car. “It’s happening, guys, it’s happening.”

You know the reds hate this, although most won't openly admit it.

Not a red hat, but I do question it. I'm all for gay rights, but I wonder just how much a nine year old truly knows about his own sexuality? It's the age that bothers me. The kid hasn't even gone through puberty yet. If it were a teenager, I'd get it. But a nine year old?

I openly admit that an adult politician talking about coming out to a child of 9 years old is wrong . Don’t lay this off on it just being Reds that have a problem with it . Any adult that watches an adult politician talking to a prepubescent child about coming out as gay that doesn’t have a problem with it , should be questioning yourself . WTF is wrong with some of you ? You are supposed to be the guardians of children and keepers of their innocence. It’s your job to protect them from things they don’t have an understanding of , until they are able to understand . Smh .

I don't believe he was talking to the child about it. It appears to have been a town hall setting where the child, with his parents there, asked Pete B. about it.

He spoke directly to the child that asked him the question is what I read . Do you believe a 9 year old that hasn’t gone through puberty yet knows he’s gay ?

Not sure I'm qualified to answer that, but my point was that the child asked him the question. It wasn't like Pete B. sought the child out.

You make a good point. It’s the parents and the Pete staffers that set this boy and his questions up that need their heads examined.

That kid was there to ask that specific question. These ”town hall” events are completely scripted down to who gets to ask a question and what questions are asked.
