2020 Primaries

I found this point the most interesting from that list:

This is a well-established pattern that Sanders has illustrated over the decades of marginalizing people of color, of not extending himself to understand our experiences here as they relate to micro-aggressions, micro-invalidations, micro-injustices. He has shown himself incapable or unwilling to do what it takes to engage us, one-to-one or collectively, in terms of understanding what our experiences are in this state and how he might be able to mitigate the negative effects of systemic racism.

MSNBC Melts Down As Bernie Sanders Projected To Win Nevada Caucuses

This is great. They have advocated anybody but Trump for so long, a communist has since hijacked their party.

My favorite show might be Chris Matthews and any show James Carville is on. I do understand though this is bad for the republic and nightmare scenario for the democratic party. I just don't know what they expected. They are the stupidest bunch. They have Sanders a platform in the democratic party.

Party of LIP. Low intelligence people

Also, I love how the Trumpers on this thread are doing the exact same thing to Bernie as liberals did with Trump.

"He can't possibly win."

I'm on the left but I acknowledged that Trump was tapping into righteous anger and had I believed him, I would have voted for him.

Now half this thread is calling him a commie, a word they clearly can't differentiate from Democratic Socialism or Social Democracy.

Your take is like a 2 week old picked banana. Sanders admits to being a Socialist. Sanders has called Russia bread lines a good thing. Sanders puts two words together that he probably knows related to the Bolsheviks since he did honeymoon in Russia and all....and you still come on here like boo boo the fool.

Truth is most Trump supporters think Sanders is an easy victory the real issue is it would destroy the democratic party. Trump had a lot of media support from conservative networks, but Sanders has none for from progressive networks.

One thing that is over looked from yesterday's caucus is that only 7,652 people voted in the whole State of Nevada.

The City of Las Vegas has an estimated population of 650,000.
Your number is way off. It’s going to be close to 70,000 who voted when they are done counting.

This is the most ridiculous comment I've seen.

I have 2 members of my family who did not vote in 2016, one who is a former lifelong Republican who are both backing Sanders in 2020.

Will it be a tough election against Trump/special interests? For sure.

But can he win? Absolutely and I believe he has a shot at flipping the Senate as well.
It doesn’t surprise me that you are Bernie bro

Clearly I am working with a bunch of 50-75 year old conservatives who think FDR was the devil and Sanders is his 2nd coming.

Yeah I'll go ahead and punt you all to Trump.
No you are just a 22 old from BFE Tennessee who doesn’t have any real world experience to comment on actual economic debates and rely on what someone else told you in school

The reason our country pays more is that we have so many different payers and private companies charge whatever they want to at a largely unchecked rate.

And guess what? You already pay for other people's healthcare! When an uninsured person goes to the hospital, they still get treated. Then they go bankrupt, the hospital has to eat the costs, and costs end up increasing on everyone.

For a capitalist market to work (and sometimes it does) a consumer has to have both choice and the ability to weigh options.

Healthcare is not a market where choice can be greatly excercised. If I get in a car accident, I go to the nearest hospital, not "hmm let me see who will take care of me for the best price."

The government in other countries negotiates drug prices (which we can't do), tells many medical companies what they can charge, and by insuring all promotes preventative care so that less healthcare is needed in the first place.

Most Canadians, Brits, Nordic residents wouldn't dream of trading their system for ours.
You have no clue about the healthcare system actually works. You made several mistakes in this post alone

Tell me why guns are more important than healthcare?

What are you protecting with guns if you aren't able to maintain your health?

And FWIW, I'm not even anti-gun just making the point that healthcare is more important than me toting a firearm.
Lmao, you might want to go back to study hall and crack open a book before you comment like this any further
