I saw the commentary your referring to. They didn't say that exactly but clearly they believe democrats own those voting blocks. In a nutshell, the democratic party knows how to exploit minorities as victims and thus continue to get the majority of those votes. They hope to continue doing by expanding illegal immigration. Then they won't really need the black community anymore. Liberalism is a danger to America some are too blind to see until it's too late.
