2020 predictions

Here's some predictions:
1) JG surprises and finally puts it all together.
2) HB plays in 2 games, looks horrible. Redshirts.
3) Maurer gets another concussion, retires from football.
4) Malachi Wideman sets freshman records as a WR.
5) Trey Smith locks up a first round draft slot.
6) Our defense is Top 5 in SEC
7) Eric Gray rushes for 1000 yards in 10 games.
8) We give Alabama a closer game than LSU or Georgia does.

I hope you are right about Florida. Pruitt is 5-1 against Malhan, including a W on the road with his first team, worst coaches an players he has ever played with. Still think he will lose?

I think HB looks great, just not as good as JG with his improvements. I think Mauer transfers as Strout beats him out and Mauer is just happy to have a scholarship and be with the team. Maybe he becomes a holder.

I'd take 6-4. L to AL, AUB, GA, TAM. Win FL and it's a good year considering it's 2020.

While I can see that realistically I'd like to believe the team takes a step forward this year and plays more consistently throughout the entire year. If your prediction ends up being right then Pruitt is on the hot seat

SC losing Lloyd will really hurt them, he’s really good so think UT wins against SC. That said, Pruitt said Bobo was the best OC in CFB.

Really hate to do this, but I have to agree with you.
SC out of the gate (L),
Kentucky is supposed to be pretty dang good this year and we'll be coming off a tough Georgia game (L in both)
Jimbo will finally get some play from his solid recruiting class a few years ago (L)
Auburn and Florida I just don't see us having it in us to win those.

If the season doesn't go full schedule I see 2-1 or 3-1. If they play them all I'm guessing 6-4 or 7-3.

5-5 because they start the season with JG at QB and he struggles so a suitable replacement must be found.

It is easy to predict failure when you:
Lack in school administration desire
Lack in booster cohesion
Lack in Athletics Department talent
Lack in Coaching talent
Lack in player talent
The University of Tennessee does not have a football program that is capable of competing in the SEC. We are now Vandy East without the academics.

Shoot, you ain't kidding. Dang. Only one I'm even somewhat close on is Eric Gray. He is at 651 yards on the year with 3 games left to go

Did I mention that was opposite day that I said that?
