I was leaning towards throwing some money on the Rockets to win the title at 12/1. Now I really wish I would have.

I know the fit is weird but Harden and Russ know how to work together - they’re both super smart - and this is probably their last chance to win a title. I lean towards thinking this works and makes their ceiling higher than it has ever been.

It’s very easy to imagine a scenario where Kawhi or PG goes down, the Lakers depth kills them in the playoffs, and the Rockets sneak in.

And I think I’d take their experience over Milwaukee or Philly in the finals.

If it works, it could be awesome. I think Russ will have to change the most of the 2, they both just suck off ball so much.

Russ has made changes the last 3 years, it's just when teammates suck he goes old Russ, if he shakes that habit, Houston will be good.

Yeah, I get stockpiling picks because it gives you the best chance to rebuild. But there is very little chance any of those picks amounts to a player as good as KD, Russ or Harden.

Yeah, their rebuild will be off them sucking and getting high picks. It's what, 2 Clips, 2 Miami, 2 Houston and 1 Denver? 5 of those will be in the 25-30 range and Miami 15ish maybe worse if they swing Beal.
