- Lane Kiffen. Keep Chaney as OC and Martin as passing game coordinator. Fulmer out as AD
- Hugh Freeze. Proven coach.
- Stoops (Kentucky) if he can win at Kentucky give him four years here and he will have us back in contention for east.

Can someone enlighten me on how Leach got elevated to this vaulted level of a head coach? His over all record is 49-40 at current job, and his first 3 seasons went 3-9, 6-7 ,3-9 That conference is not exactly world beaters. Have they ever even won their conference?
