I don't speak for LG.

I'm wondering if there is an argument or desire by some that the 14th should be removed because it no longer serves a legitimate purpose in today's climate.

One has absolutely nothing to do with the other, and I would disagree anyway since almost half the country was forced at gunpoint to ratify the 14th amendment.

You're clearly angry about the words at the base of the Statue of Liberty and the words in the U.S. Constitution, please tell me more about how you know what the people at the time wanted.

Umm, the FF gave us the procedures for amending the constitution and IMO the 1st section of the 14th needs to be amended. Politics have nothing to do with it.

There's no confusion. The "poem" on the statue publically affirmed what this country's founding beliefs entailed. You're scrambling to justify how those words as well as the words of the 14th amendment no longer apply.

All of this hyperbolic argument aside, does it bother YOU in the slightest that those people are trekking THRU another sovereign country on the way here with nothing more than support to keep moving? I haven't heard dick about Mexico offering them asylum. If Honduras is so bad, wouldn't even Mexico be better? Or maybe we can support them to keep moving to the northern border.

Would you consider an amendment to the 2nd? I mean there's no need for a well-regulated militia anymore so there's really no need to secure the free State.

I’ve brought this up a few times. They aren’t coming here to escape anything they’re coming to mooch off taxpayers. If they simply wanted to escape a “war torn” country they’d be happy to settle in Mexico.

The poem on the SOL confirmed nothing, you obviously know jack squat as to why and how it's even on there.

The words in the 14th amendment to still apply since it's the law of the land but IMO section 1 needs to be changed, the right way not by EO or even legislation.

You got confused, or are just ignorant either one. Just admit it and move on.

Absolutely, I think birthright citizenship is a terrible idea if they're here illegally.

Yes I would consider amending the 2nd. I have said many many times that the gun grabbers need to stop attacking the 2nd with legislation and attack it through an amendment.

One of these came in the mail for my wife. It gave her a “C” for her voting and then listed a bunch of “neighbors” with higher scores.

I was able to get a nice fire started with it and all the other political trash in the mailbox.
