I haven't seen the ad. What impression is it trying to give, and why do you say it's trying to give that impression? You say it's not blatantly racist, which makes your claims of racism dubious in my book until they're supported as more than innuendo.Did you see that ad? I love how Republicans new position is that (1) you can't be racist unless you're blatantly racist (use the N-word, specifically say you shouldn't vote for someone because of his race, etc.), and (2) Dems are really the racist ones because they see racism in everything.
You know full well the impression that that ad is trying to create and you know what fears it is playing off of. The creators of that ad knew exactly what they were doing.
Is it just because they pointed out he was a rapper and they quoted racy lyrics? That isn't racism. It's politics. If snoop dog ran for office, i guarantee you they'd quote his lyrics and ask if this is is what America wanted, and it would have nothing to do with racism it would be politics trying to create a divide between people's personal morals and the image of the candidate.
The funny thing is you guys make a big deal about trumps sex life and bragging but when the Republican do the same thing to black candidate, it's suddenly off limits.
