Truth. However, we're in a better position as citizens of this country to take care of our poverty.

Not with lowering folks to the level of worthlessness in the name of equality.

The goal is to raise the less, not lower others.

It's a concept your dumbass hasn't ever considered.

IMO, Rubio won the debate last night. I saw this posted and it's so true..

When Donald Trump answers the question: What is 2+2?
"I have to say a lot of people have been asking this question. No, really. A lot of people come up to me and they ask me. They say, 'What's 2+2'? And I tell them look, we know what 2+2 is. We've had almost eight years of the worst kind of math you can imagine. Oh my God, I can't believe it. Addition and subtraction of the 1s the 2s and the 3s. It's terrible. It's just terrible. Look, if you want to know what 2+2 is, do you want to know what 2+2 is? I'll tell you. First of all the number 2, by the way, I love the number 2. It's probably my favorite number, no it is my favorite number. You know what, it's probably more like the number two but with a lot of zeros behind it. A lot. If I'm being honest, I mean, if I'm being honest. I like a lot of zeros. Except for Marco Rubio, now he's a zero that I don't like. Though, I probably shouldn't say that. He's a nice guy but he's like, '10101000101,' on and on, like that. He's like a computer! You know what I mean? He's like a computer. I don't know. I mean, you know. So, we have all these numbers, and we can add them and subtract them and add them. TIMES them even. Did you know that? We can times them OR divide them, they don't tell you that, and I'll tell you, no one is better at the order of operations than me. You wouldn't believe it. So, we're gonna be the best on 2+2, believe me."

So we should be okay with "american" poverty?

I came from a poor family, and didn't find success until I sold my soul, broke the law, and cheated a few ****ty people to get my seed.

That seed isn't so easily attainable for most. I got lucky.

I also came from meager means, never did have to steal or **** people over to get mine.

Have you ever wondered why the US leads the world in mental illness? Why is depression almost unheard of in 3rd world countries?

I'm going to go out on a limb here: because no one has the money to seek diagnosis, and the rest of the world doesn't give a **** anyhow?

Because they are too busy trying to survive the day and live until tomorrow. Everyone is depressed, but, they don't have time to wallow in their despair.

Consider that if you were to take some photos/videos from the Civil Rights Era of whites reacting violently to blacks and transpose contemporary clothing on to those images, you would have a Donald Trump rally.

This guy has some rags for shoes, but since he is in America, he ain't poor.

Difference being, he can rob or steal from other's that have. Or, he could make choices that might lead to better days. People in the cesspools of 3rd world countries don't have that as an option, as everyone is in the same circumstance. The only option is leaving for a place like America, where he has a chance, and hope, of a better tomorrow.

When did it become racist to throw people out of a rally that were only there to incite violence in the first place? And how the f can you compare the CR era to a Trump rally? That's a so far beyond reality that it's even an embarrassment for you---that's saying something.

Okay, I was wrong. No black people have been physically assaulted at Trump rallies for doing "unpleasant" things.

I guess Trump doesn't attract violent and racist elements after all.

Again, as I said above, if something is so prevalent as to occur multiple times, it needs a name.

What name would you give it?

Certainly not the name of any of the civil rights movements. C'mon Prof, you are making an apples to giraffes comparison here.

If someone wants to protest Trump rallies, that's their right to do so. But that right does not trump (no pun intended) the rights of those there that want to hear the message going out. Now, yes, things got out of hand when assaults occur and someone eggs it on. But WTF did they think was going to happen? Trump would give them the stage and let them air their grievances? They want to protest, go outside and do it like so many others have in the past.

The situation certainly could have been handled far better and physical violence is never the answer to someone invoking their Constitutionally protected right to free speech. But at the same time, there is no good reason for them to go inside with the pure motive of disruption.

What's happened when these same groups have crashed other candidates' speeches and rallies before? Not violence, I can tell you that much.

Fact: Images from Trump rallies could double as images from the Civil Rights Era.

Fact: Trump attracts more racists and bigots than any other candidate.

Fact: Trump attracts people willing to resort to physical violence for their politics.

False: Trump wants us to return to the pre-Civil Rights Era and to actually subjugate black people.

Did that last admission compensate enough?

Hey, The Bern gave way to Black Lives Matter in Seattle

It's scary to have someone who attracts so many bigots, puts nazis in the background of his tweets, tweets out completely made up stats claiming the majority of white people are killed by black people, had to fire a staffer for using the N word on social media,

(the really scary part) who wants to limit free speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and censor the Internet.

As has Hillary and probably one or two Republican candidates.

I don't necessarily support these groups busting in on another group's political rallies. Personally, I wish they would not, even with as little respect as I have for Trump and his supporters.

I'm not suggesting that Trump is seeking a return to such a time necessarily, although he is giving empowerment to some dangerous elements at the moment. My suggestion that images from Trump rallies could be interchangeable with images from the Civil Rights Era, however, cannot be denied. Only a Trump apologist could deny such.

When did facts become "nonsense"? If a person doesn't like having to deal with this fact, then they should take that up with Mr. Trump, not me.

Can you please provide the contrasting pictures of the rallies from the CR era with Trump rallies?

Thanks in advance.

I agree, Barry scares the hell out of me too

Correct. Any day they have food clean water and no one is trying to kill them is a good day. We have people in this country who live like kings compared to 3/4 of the world yet are depressed or have some other 1st world mental illness.

You believe me to be a Trump apologist?
