Rubio is for a pathway to citizenship, there's a huge difference. Pay the fine, pay the back taxes and then, only then, could you get in line for naturalization.

But he certainly is correct in saying the American people don't trust anything that comes out of Washington until they secure the border and shut down the amnesty cities. And someone else brought it up already, who do you think the majority of workers are in those border towns where the wall is going to be built?

Eleven million are here already, or even higher numbers of some are to be believed. And there is no way Cruz or Trump is going to deport that many people without turning this place into a massive police state. I'm generally as pro-LEO as they come, but I know the dark path that leads down. Rubio gave another option that could work which is not amnesty. I just find it hard to believe a man of your intelligence believes in this wall nonsense. It may certainly get built, it may even be President Trump pushing it. But you and I both know Mexico is not going to pay for it especially after he slaps a huge tariff on the imported goods.

I'm always amazed to here people like Cruz and trump talk about how much they admire Reagan, and then say **** that would make Reagan roll over in his grave.

If Reagan was running in this election Trump would call him a RINO an amnesty supporter and a war monger for having an aggressive policy toward Russia.

We'll just have to wait and see. But all this tough talk is not going to work and you know it. I applaud Trump for running a brilliant campaign, but all he has done has been tossing raw meat at his supporters. And him constantly reminding everyone that he "only" spends X amount of money to campaign is getting old. Why would be spend more money when the media has him on 24 hours a day focusing on the last thing he said? He doesn't need to spend campaign money since every major media outlet is doing it for him.

Say some really outlandish ****, media gets their pants on fire and runs it for a few days, turmoil dies down, repeat process. Instant coverage and exposure without ever spending a dime.

Or a ***** for disarmament and a war criminal for Iran-Contra along with plenty of comments on how Reagan negotiates with terrorist, but how he never would

Trump would call George H.W. Bush a p***y for not taking Iraq and all the oil after the liberation of Kuwait and then somehow get away with supporting W's invasion of Iraq.

Nobody is giddy, satisfied is a better descriptor, it's a long road to Washington and I think he's the best to address our problems. You're entitled to your opinion however your opinion of Juan Williams leaves me a little puzzled, talk about a douchebag!

The line between satisfied and smug is all but indistinct in the case of the majority of Trump supporters. Many here act as if he's the great savior to heal all the wounds of the land and buy into his schtick lock, stock and barrel without every questioning whether or not it can actually work.

Sound familiar? It should. It happened in 2008 as well.

Last night everyone here was saying that Haley's endorsement helped Rubio. Really?

IN 2012, when Haley endorsed Romney, Gingrich beat the hell out of Haley's endorsed candidate in South Carolina.

Haley's endorsement is worthless!

I think the issue with trump supporters is that we try to debate them using logic and reason. These people respond better to lies and yelling contests. Perhaps then we could make them see the light
