Prof isn't it a civil suit not a criminal one? I don't know for sure but that changes things a bit in terms of why it isn't being reported heavily. If it's civil I could sue you for the same thing.
The lawsuit accuses Trump of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress and false imprisonment. The accuser is seeking $75,000 in damages, plus attorneys fees.

Yea I get that Carlos but a civil suit is far different then a criminal one. I could sue you for the exact same stuff he is being sued for. You know I am not a trump fan but this doesn't pass the smell test yet.

I should have put in there that I was providing the link. The lawsuit most likely will go no where.
What did he say/do?
I wasn't able to watch it.
God Trump just played the media like a genius and now pretty much all MSM channels are melting hard.
Yes.
Our ruling
Trump said, "Hillary Clinton and her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy."
There is no evidence to support this. Clinton supporters circulated the rumor in the last days of the 2008 Democratic primary and after Clinton had concede to Obama. But the record does not show Clinton or her campaign ever promoting the birther theory, let alone starting it.
We rate Trumps claim False.
