2016 Election Thread Part Deux

Prof isn't it a civil suit not a criminal one? I don't know for sure but that changes things a bit in terms of why it isn't being reported heavily. If it's civil I could sue you for the same thing.

A memorandum by a former Presidential aide depicts Hillary Rodham Clinton as the central figure in the 1993 travel office dismissals, a politically damaging episode that the aide said had resulted from a climate of fear in which officials did not dare question Mrs. Clinton's wishes.

The newly released draft memorandum, written by David Watkins, the former top administrative aide at the White House, also sharply contradicts the White House's official account of Mrs. Clinton as merely an interested observer in the events that led to the dismissal of the White House travel staff and their replacement with Clinton associates from Arkansas.

The lawsuit accuses Trump of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress and false imprisonment. The accuser is seeking $75,000 in damages, plus attorneys fees.

And yes, Crooked Hillary was involved in that as well.

The “Chinagate” fundraising scandal plagued the 1996 Bill Clinton-Al Gore campaign and Hillary was very much involved. Chinagate aka Commercegate is the most serious scandal in U.S. history. It involves the transfer of America’s most sensitive technology, including but not limited to nuclear missile and satellite technology, apparently in exchange for millions of dollars in contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election effort and the Democratic National Committee.

Yea I get that Carlos but a civil suit is far different then a criminal one. I could sue you for the exact same stuff he is being sued for. You know I am not a trump fan but this doesn't pass the smell test yet.

I should have put in there that I was providing the link. The lawsuit most likely will go no where.

Correct. He will skate, as he always does, just as Hillary and Bill always do, and the American people will still be the same imbeciles who get screwed, just like they always do.

She probably won't put two shots in the back of her head unlike people who cross the Clintons tend to do.

I have never been a poster about Barak's birth, although he most certainly has the strangest and murkiest past of any president in American history.

But, for all that believe there is a question about his birth, it is a little calming to the nerves to know that in 126 days Barak will be joining the ranks of ex-presidents who can no longer do any harm to the American people.

What did he say/do?

I wasn't able to watch it.

Had the mainstream media hype up a presser that they thought was going to be about the Birther issue instead turned it into a free 20 odd minute Veterans for Trump campaign ad where he had various veterans and Medal of Honor winners give endorsement speeches. At the very end he said that Hillary started the Birther issue in 2008 and that he ended it. Now the media is fuming like I've never seen them before.

Did he mention that him and Hillary both trail Johnson among active duty and veterans?

Or anything about why he doesnt like people who were captured?

Our ruling

Trump said, "Hillary Clinton and her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy."

There is no evidence to support this. Clinton supporters circulated the rumor in the last days of the 2008 Democratic primary and after Clinton had concede to Obama. But the record does not show Clinton or her campaign ever promoting the birther theory, let alone starting it.

We rate Trump’s claim False.
