It starts with one.

And make no mistake, people are smart enough to see Hillary is not who she seems to be and tries to placate everyone. And Trump on the other hand has avoided the LBGT debate unlike other GOP candidates. There can't really be any "guilt by association" that you might see otherwise since he's outside the "establishment."

This is the time for Trump to go after her on her record of flipflopping on the issue and pointing out how she does little more than say whatever the crowd wants to hear.

It's completely illogical to say that some won't switch. Might not be a huge number. But in a swing state... every vote counts. Period.

Because, as a party, on the whole, the GOP has repeatedly shown hostility to everything they want.

Seriously.

No matter what else happens, the GOP is not EVER going to be seen as gay friendly. It is sheer idiocy to claim they will.

Are you saying the gay community won't flock to the candidate who says he'll appoint judges that would overturn the gay marriage decision? Nonsense.

Clinton has a 100% ad-spending edge in battlegrounds.
In June 2012, it was 54%-46% for Obama.

Trump's campaign infrastructure is historically awful. He has a very small number of campaign staffers (I think I read that he has 30 across the entire country) and almost no volunteers. His fundraising is non-existent because he's deluded people into thinking he would bankroll a general election campaign with his personal wealth. He says he wants to focus on states like NY and CA where he'll lose by at least 20. He's a political novice hoping to win purely off the Trump brand and media attention.

With all deference to the liberal clans, if you knew that green guys wearing purple jackets were known terrorists, then obviously it would make sense to keep an eye on green guys in purple jackets. Profiling does make sense; outlawing it in the name of political correctness is stupid - equally stupid is abusing an effective law enforcement method because of bias or bigotry.

Background checks should preclude someone on a terrorist or no fly list from buying a gun IF AND ONLY IF those people are notified and promptly allowed the opportunity to clear their names - otherwise they are being denied due process - just like being incarcerated without any recourse. Further, any illegal alien (whether by false entry or overstaying permission) on those lists should be deported and refused reentry.

Profiling is a good tactic up until the subjects that you are profiling change. An Arab male between the ages of 20 and 35 becomes a Black male between the ages of 19 and 45. And people doing the profiling have to be extremely well trained like the Israelis. You don't want the people at TSA doing it.

That sounds remarkably like we as a country are putting incompetents in jobs and our "leaders" are incapable of providing the leadership to manage the situation. Makes you wonder if that could have anything at all to do with selecting leaders based on marketing campaigns, personal bias, and brand loyalty rather than on demonstrated merit.

i agree with you.... Profiling needs to be done but in a very well trained and organized manner.
