I'm not eating it up. I'm questioning whether a single incident where he retweeted something is anything more than a data point in the whole mess of data points from this guy.

It's amazing to me that you define a person by this one event.

He (Trump) didn't "intentionally alter" anything. He saw a tweet, thought it was legit and retweeted it.

He didn't author the stats.

The fact that he thought it was legit, is extremely troubling. He had the thought "black people sure do kill a lot of whites. This seems legit. I should share this with the world".

I must have missed the part where trump created the graphic on his MS Paint.

Oh wait he didn't. The choices of graphic are not his choice so it has no bearing on him as a racist. The stats are wrong. It was a dumb move not to verify but not racist.

Which person? Trump? Absolutely. All kinds of crap comes out of his mouth but I don't label him a racist for this one particular incident. I don't know him to be a racist overall.

Biden made comments about Obama being clean and articulate - does that one statement make Biden a racist?

Chris Matthews said he forgot Obama was black for a minute in reference to a speech - does that one statement make him a racist?

Each of the above can be construed innocently or as a sign of bigotry.

Anyone who looks at this for half a second can tell it's made up racial propaganda. If you're retweeting racial propaganda, you're most likely racist.
