Can you really fault anyone for being highly skeptical of the Clinton family's innocence when something like that comes up? It's not like they have been angels and when (not if) their name keeps coming up time and time again with some behavior that's out of the lines of propriety one really has to start wondering what the truth is.

Unless they are a complete partisan hack that will blindly follow whatever they say. For crying out loud, Hillary got busted by the White House today! Not some ultra right wing blogger making **** up. Josh Earnest called the email probe a freakin criminal investigation.

I don't fault anyone for being suspicious of her. I just hope that those that are, do so out of a firm factual basis. I don't think that's too much to ask.

You keep saying that. I had not heard it, though I'm on the road. So I looked it up. Seems like calling it an announcement is a little shriekish.

Perhaps it was an unguarded moment, but the White House has seemingly confirmed that the Justice Department is conducting a “criminal investigation” regarding Hillary Clinton’s personal email use – despite persistent claims from the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee that investigators are pursuing a mere “security inquiry.”



In fact, FBI Director James Comey had already shot down the Clinton campaign’s terminology last month. Asked at the time by Fox News about Clinton's characterization of the bureau's probe, Comey said he doesn’t know what "security inquiry" means -- adding, “We’re conducting an investigation. … That’s what we do.”

Look at it this way. When Clinton beats him like a drum, Fox can shriek every day for four years and make some money, and you guys here can continue your right wing circle jerk about how she ought to be in prison and killed 50 people and blah blah blah.

So what will pro-Hilary people be saying during and after four years? Best case scenario....I'd love to know. Include the part about the left wing finger blasting, please.
