2015 NBA Playoff Thread

If Steph Marbury had been on the right team and won 2 titled nobody would think this. They would think he was IT

I love the what if game, if I had only been 6'6 I'd be playing pro ball overseas.

Again, name one guy that universally started being looked at like a superstar after he won a title.

Lol. You'd be old and washed up.

And you'd have already spent all your money from the euro league on french hoookers

No team on the brink of contending would've wanted him. He couldn't coexist with anyone better than him.

Except for that time when the 51 win Sun's snagged him.

Then thee Knicks were a .500 team, snagged Mutumbo and traded 2 first round picks for Starbury. They thought they had something too.

You can't talk sports without hypothetical. It's kinda the point of talking sports.

D Wade is the first that comes to mind.

BTW, what would happen if MJ played for the Pistons and Isaiah played for Bills? The Pistons would win every game by 20 cause one of those guys is a superstar and the other isn't.

Well we know how awesome the Knicks have been about player decisions since the Ewing days. So point for you there.

He had a psychotic break because he couldn't keep lying to himself about how great he was..

Right weird behavior. Thomas had weird behavior too. He said stupid ish about Magic, about Bird, and he walked off court against Bulls...if he wasn't remembered for his titles he'd be remembered as a knucklehead like Marbury

The funny thing is nobody remembers it this way, but everyone thought the Knicks were putting together a super team. I know everyone here will say they knew that team would fail, but the establishment was going nuts about that off-season and IT's brilliance.

Actually I never play the what if game, I think its pointless when having a serious discussion.

D Wade? Lol You need to stop drinking with me.

Idk maybe he beats out Jim Kelly at QB and they don't lose 4 straight super bowls.

They still failed miserably, so obviously they had no clue wtf they were doing.

I don't get what you disagree with about D Wade. Overnight he became a legit superstar. He was considered an up and comer and those playoffs he totally broke out.

Bills win a super bowl with Zeke's leadership IMO

It's funny, but the guy that came up with Wins Produced is the biggest Pistons fan, and he was a huge Thomas fan. That was a hard pill for him to swallow.

Whatever pull he swallowed must have made him lost his mind.
