2014 Damn NBA Playoffs Thread

Roy Hibbert has been indefensibly bad so far in the playoffs, but Gilbert Arenas and Tracy McGrady can just shut the hell up with their bull****. One of them torpedoed a franchise for half a decade, and the other was a playoff choke artist of historic proportions, so I don't think they have a lot of room to talk.

Everyone knows what really happened to Hibbert. The MonStars stole his talents.

Neither do considering those infamous problems.

This seems like the cutler situation when he got injured but with 2 ex players.

And no more mark Jackson he's been fired as warriors head coach. So oneal's words proven to be true.

Neither of them would completely no show. McGrady averaged about 30/7/5 over a 4 year stretch in the playoffs. He played on some suspect teams so that's not his fault his teams never really did anything in the playoffs.

If Grant Hill had better ankles, T-Mac better knees, management not trade him after drafting Howard, and Yao Ming didn't have bad feet, McGrady's career would be talked about a lot differently. He was somewhat overrated during his prime, but he had some awful luck.

Same can be said about Grant Hill if those ankles help up.

People forget how good he was. And Arenas too, to a lesser extent. Both of whom are well above a level that Hibbert will ever reach.

Probably true. That said, Hibbert had more playoff success in this year's first round than McGrady had in his entire career, so he probably shouldn't get too chesty with his **** talking.

Well I mean I don't see the issue with what McGrady said. He is just a guy watching NBA like you or me and making a point. He didn't say anything that bad.

Simply told the truth. Hibbert sucks, I've thoroughly enjoyed watching him implode.

Did he really even need to make the statement? It was a second round game, so obviously McGrady had no points or rebounds.
