My bad, but either way, Love shouldn't even be close to MVP consideration. It's a little different because Lebron has the ball in his hands all the time. I wasn't the one making the point about Lebron in Cleveland, though. That was someone else. I think it does play in his favor to some extent but they lost Shaq and Delonte West, too. Varejeao has been hurt as well. Cleveland's demise isn't all Lebron, but he is a large part of it.
This. I couldn't even fathom a situation in which KLove would be anything better than a third option on a team with even a hope of making a Conference Final. There is more than one team for which Love would never start. He's a stat machine because of the team he's on and its limited options.

In the 20 games before Varejao's injury (meaning, with him in the lineup) the Cavs went 1-19. It's not like they only became terrible after losing him.
Given that Shaq was replaced by Hickson, I think we can safely say it wasn't him either.
Like I said, at least 98% LeBron.

Are you really going to try to tell me that Smush Parker is good now? Even Kobe was making fun of him a few weeks ago.
Kwame Brown and Chris Mihm also started for that team. Everyone but Kobe and Lamar would be riding Minnesota's bench. Look at this roster. Are you serious?

Dwight Howard is MVP and it's not even close. This 1-3 spot favoritism is getting old.
Who cares what cle did last year. That's irrelevant. Without Dwight the magic are contending for a top 5 lottery pick. Without rose the bulls could be looking at an 8 seed in the playoffs. My picks are Dwight, rose, Durant.

Bull.
He would not be a first or second option on some teams but he would still be very valuable to ANY team in the NBA and would start for virtually every team.
Leads NBA in rebounding.
Shoots well over 40% from 3, with plenty enough attempts to not be a fluke.
Shoots nearly 90% from the FT line.
He is a good passer, very good on outlet passing.
None of the top tier outfits would start him. Boston - no. LA - No. SA - No. Miami would and his scoring would fall through the floor. Rebounding would go south. Might start in Orlando, but I wouldn't.

Davis? Do what? He backs up Garnett at the 4. Perkins' departure might leave room for him to back up Shaq, but his d doesn't work for a team that wins with it.He would start over davis and oneal right now. LA would consider it if bynum isn't healthy so they can keep odom as the 6th man.
