Once a "top-notch" restaurant starts going nation-wide, you can expect the food to become exponentially worse.
The Palm is my favorite example.
I was just wondering if Knoxvillians would pay top dollar for a decent but not great steak. I know the money wouldn't be an objection.
Sorry for continuing to get off topic, but the quality of Ruth's Chris shouldn't go down as long as they don't reduce the grade of steaks they put out. IMO, when selecting a good steak place, it's not so much who cooks it, as much as it is the quality of the meat.
