'18 GA QB Emory Jones (Ohio State commit)

EJ has lots of good footage available to be seem. Lots of EJ on Facebook .....same for TL. Jones' m/o reminds me of Tee and while Larwence isn't a Peyton; he's good!
I doubt we get them both, though that would be sweet. I say we take the first to commit, still recruit the other one, and never look back if we only get one of them.
GBO!!

Definitely won't get both. I'm not sure which one I like better for UT. TL is a pure spinning machine, EJ, more of the typical dual threat, has nice potential. I try to believe that this offense doesn't need a dual threat, but to me it seems like you need it for the whole playbook. Of course, Butch might not run so many read options with TL.

Waiting for the commitment

Neither of these guys is a speedster but both can tote the ball pretty effectively when they need to. Last year Jones averaged 4.4 yards per carry last year and ran for 2 TDs, while Lawrence averaged 4.5 YPC and had 4 TDs on the ground.

Complete fiction. Dreads = super fast dual threat. Skinny white dude with long hair = pot smoking beer bottle tossing ponderously slow pocket passer. Get it right, um kay?

Okay...I guess, but it's not like the South has some dearth of recently successful programs. I just don't get it.

He's had a pretty good run with putting players in the NFL. Plus, I think OSU is appealing for kids who just want to get out of the South for whatever reason.
