Seriously, what is up with recruiting this year? The Vols are better than they have been in over a decade, won 9 games last season, are being picked to win the east and contend for championships, and the staff is struggling to land anybody. What is going on here?

I agree.. The whole rotation thing seems like a plan for a school without any 4 or 5* talent.. Just keeping the guys u DO have as rested as possible.. I don't get it at a place like UT.

I'm very disappointed he didn't commit to Tennessee. I really hope he didn't mislead CBJ. He doesn't know me and doesn't care, but if he did that I will have no respect for the young man. Otherwise, I wish Tee the best.

Things shouldn't be slipping this much

Only one elite instate guy and a number of elite misses.

Better win this year might be at the top of the mountain

We had a lot of PT to offer before for freshmen.. Not as much anymore.

I understand why we are having trouble landing an elite WR based on the offense.

I don't understand why we are having trouble landing elite RBs and even a "good" DT QB.

Butch being from Michigan will be taking the LSU job next year. He does not want to load the VOLS cupboard when we play them in 2017.:)

If this kid wasnt from oak ridge it wouldnt be that big of a deal. Onward and upwards, if he wants to head out of state you cant fault him, good luck tee, may we see you on the field!

Yeah unfortunately. I don't think he was claiming to be a regular insider, just somehow associated with the filming that day.


That would explain why he got overly excited and called it too soon.

Edit, not associated with the filming but around where it's taking place.
