'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

What's your take here? Those numbers are not great. But I know you have a great eye for talent. Off day for Higgins, or were the timers off?

I'm more suprised by the 34 inch vertical honestly. My brother had a 33 inch vertical and is 6'4 and he can't dunk a ball anywhere close to what Tee can. I figured he would be a 4.5 guy with a 38 inch vertical. I bet by the time the opening in Oregon comes around he is. Nike and ESPN are never wrong 😊

Lol at the opening he will run 4.3(usually ridiculous times come out of the event). Don't put much stock in any of these camp numbers either way. He has good height, and is a matchup nightmare with his speed and leaping ability.

Top 5 player in the country for sure. Best HS WR prospect since Julio and AJ Green. He's that good to me.

I'm hoping the 40 time is because he didn't prepare for it. He definitely doesn't look slow on film. I always thought he had around 4.5 speed.

On the vert, 34" vertical is fine for a 6'5" kid. NBA stars like Dwyane Wade scored similar vertical leap numbers.

34" is only okay for a receiver. By the time he hits the combine he'll be at 37 or more though.

Tee is not that slow. He is mid 4.4 guy who has excellent accleration. These numbers are a joke. Oh yeah and btw the visit he had with the coaches went well.

He has a special 2nd gear.
That 40 may be legit, because he hasnt trained for it specifically to run "good times".

What my eyes see when he accelerates is special. he goes from a 4.6 guy to a 4.2 in 5 steps...

He does have a special 2nd gear one that does not happen in a while. Trust me when I say he is faster than 4.6
