'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

Your opinion but under the pressure situation (3rd and 14 I believe) inside a minute, that was a hell of a play.

I agree that the bama catches were great plays but bama probably would have got the ball back even if the Vols had stopped them on that drive (bama had 2 TOS and would have punted the Vols deep). The Shepard catch was practically the ball game as they'd had only one more play for the entire distance.

You cant make the catch if you aint playing. North caught 6 balls all yr. give me a freakin break

North kinda made harder catches as a freshman which is what I based it off of. The Bama WRs made the catches with better players on them. IMO Sutton would win versus Shepard 9 out of 10 times. IMO I'd love to see him win a jump ball on him too.

I doubt #12 plays a lot. Martin, Abernathy, Gaulden, Berry will all play somewhere and are all playmakers. Martin is basically taking the No.2 CB spot and running with it this Spring. Secondary is loaded and will be even more loaded when the freshmen get in.

I'd like to see Moseley RS. Especially with shoop here. Spend a year not worrying about playing, just focus on getting his mind and body right and soaking in everything Shoop has to offer and perfect his technique.

There have been a couple of new crystal ball predictions for Tee to Clemson. It would be completely horrible to lose a hometown talent like Tee to another school.

Winning solves everything. Clemson is hot right now and has a chance to be in the playoffs again. Tennessee being there would all but guarantee Higgins to the Vols, but I believe he ends up a Vol regardless. Too short a drive down Pellissippi Pkwy for his family to come ball in Neyland.

We also have the closer, Butch Stones in our corner.

March 24: [Amari] Rodgers said he's focused on persuading five-star Oak Ridge wide receiver Tee Higgins, a Class 5A Mr. Football winner and former Tennessee commitment, to join him at Clemson.

"I'm working on Tee every day," Rodgers said. "I talk to him all the time. He and I can be trend setters and make our own name and win a national championship."

I don't blame Amari for trying. Elite talent likes to play with elite talent.

That doesn't mean I have to like it.

With as much competition as we've run into with Clemson on the recruiting trail lately, it would certainly be interesting to end up facing them post season in a bowl (especially if it was a big time bowl) or to schedule them for a home and home.

I would love that.

That you can assure us? I can assure everyone that you are full of crap and fishing for cred. You might know JG is recruiting him hard, but there is no way you know he is recruiting him harder than Amari. Don't act like you know more than you do. It's unbecoming.

What's got your panties in a wad?
