Conversely, we unfortunately don't have anyone we can point to similarly. Kids wanna see schools put their players at their position in the NFL and right now, at the WR and rb positions, Clemson has that over us pretty much in spades.

Minus Hopkins all these Clemson dudes seem like pansies or headaches. Spiller cant even play half a year. Bryant is a druggie. Watson is crazy talented but another fragile guy. Let the shine get to them.

College production wise can't really argue nothing there. They lit up the stat sheets and got the pay checks regardless if they end up worth a dang in long haul

Yeah, I think that's right. Bryant also has (had) the benefit of playing opposite Brown. Watkins has shown flashes for sure, but he's terribly inconsistent and fragile. Hopkins is legit though.

Hopkins and Watkins are really the only ones who've done anything. And Hopkins was basically the only decent WR the Texans had the last few years.

Does this mean UT is better than CU? No. No. No. But to act like ALL of Clemson's recent draft picks are complete studs is laughable.

CJ Spiller, LMAO. If he's legit, Malik Gray is legit.

So I started that highlighted sentence with IMO, "in my opinion " I also said apparently. Those are reasonable rejoinders to the rest of my statement. Nothing that I stated was a fact. Again, just my opinion.

The 19 year old is ecstatic (and so am I) with news that the mass is benign (NOT cancer). Thanks

Have we cut off communication with Tee? Or continuing to recruit him? Clemson I thought had a policy about no visits while committed so I'm not expecting to see him on campus but is there any contact behind the scenes?

I wouldn't say they have "cut off communication" with Higgins, but I wouldn't say there's a lot happening there right now. It's entirely possible, though, that Tennessee has decided to back off for at least a little while before making another push for him a little closer to signing day, similar to the way the Vols successfully recruiting Drew Richmond a couple years ago after he committed to Ole Miss. That said, I wouldn't recommend holding out a ton of hope that Higgins is going to end up at Tennessee.

No reason to flame. def a chance. Likelihood is low at the the moment but you never know in recruiting. Drew Richmond at this point had broke the heart of vol fans and was hardcore Ole Miss and that changed come NSD. A big year for our offense then you could see doors open back up
