The games are scheduled in advance, but the participants are only on a one week notice since it is the playoffs.
That could explain their error in Akers visit schedule.

Butch did use his in-home last Sunday, Gillespie offered Timothy Jordan a scholarship this week, I'm sure as a backup plan just in case.
