Here's how I see it right now with Mr. Akers. At least my predicting of %'s. 60% Ole Miss, 20% FSU, & 20% UT. All 3 schools still have a chance of getting him but I'd say Ole Miss leads. Also, can't count Bama completely out but I think they're pretty much out myself.

You said Ole Miss period. Nothing mentioned about coaching changes. :wink: Freeze probably doesn't use RB's like coaches of the past there but Ole Miss didn't underutilize RB's when it comes backs like McCluster & Bolden.

Where did LSU come from? Unless they hire a coach before NSD it's my opinion he wouldn't go there. I think they just might keep Orgeron. If they do that he may decide to go because Orgeron has been a head coach before.

I'd love to get Akers, but if we don't Chandler is just as good or better IMO. If Chandler camped as much as Akers then he'd be rated just as high as him. Really what is impressive is that Chandler is rated as high as he is without hardly camping at all. He has earned his ranking with consistently outstanding play on the field. Akers is tremendous don't get me wrong, but he and Chandler are very comprable.

Chandler: 5'11.5" 195
Akers: 5'11" 212
Chandler: 4.4 40time
Akers: 4.44 40time

Very similar measurables, and honestly I think we ended up with a hometown kid who will do great things at Tennessee.
