'17 AL LB Will Ignont (UT commit 10/26/2016)

I know that is what its subtitled, but listen to what he says..movie script sites are as bad as gospel music soundtrack lyrics for getting words wrong. But listen to what he says..he says unstole. Consider who Delmar who he is talking to

Holly needs to start recruiting IMO

Quick uninteresting fact. I have a friend that worked on that movie, and some of their others. It's why "Judge Sneider over in Cookeville was hit by a train," is in there.

My wife loses it every time I say "foldin' moneys" :)

“Growing up, I wanted to go to Auburn or LSU, but I fell in love with Tennessee and I’m 110-percent committed to Tennessee,” Ignont said. “The only one reason I’d de-commit was if something happened like the coaching staff got fired between now and February. But if there’s anywhere else I’d be, it’s LSU. I’m solid with Tennessee, but if anything changes, the only other place I’d go is LSU.”

“Really, that’s where I wanted to go when I de-committed from Alabama,” Ignont said. “I decided to take a step back, play my senior year, and when I visited Tennessee for the Alabama game, I fell in love. LSU has always been a place that felt like home for me. I’ve always had interest in them, but I’m not going to commit and de-commit. I’m not going to de-commit from Tennessee just because now they (LSU) knows what they want. I’m going to stick with the team that wanted me from the beginning, the team I’m committed to unless something changes.” - Per SEC Country

Isn't that contradictory with LSU not even having a full coaching staff yet??

He is referring to Thigpen. I initially thought Thig would be gone after thisbyear but starting to look like the changes will be st DL and CB instead

I agree..I think Thig may be the only one on the defense that stays then a couple changes on offense too..can see 2 a piece on each side of the ball.

Well when are these 2 commitments taking place? Has to be soon like they said. I'm just ready to boom for the 3rd and 4th time this week!!

One of the top performers through two days of practice in preparation for Saturday’s Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game has been Tennessee linebacker commit Will Ignont.

- Ignont also showed explosiveness and power in 1-on-1s versus the offensive linemen.

- “That’s where I’m most comfortable,” Ignont said. “I pretty much know how to play inside. I’ve been playing it my junior and senior year and a little bit my sophomore year so you can say three years. Really me off the edge I think is my specialty. That’s what I think I’m best at is rushing the passer. That’s what I’m hoping Tennessee will use me on third down. I’m looking to go in there and play Mike alongside Darrin Kirkland, but on third down and passing downs I’m looking for them to put me on the edge and let me rush the passer because that’s what I think I’m best at.”

- “Tennessee is where I want to be.”
