"It's huge. Especially from a school that if they offer that means they really want you," Buchana said. They're just not going to offer anybody. It was a blessing."
"I've been going up to Tennessee since the summer before my junior year," Buchanan said. "I like it because it's not far from home. It's not a long drive for my family to come see me. The school, I just like the school in general. It's great for future opportunities. Like if I didn't finish college and went to the NFL, you could always come back and finish your education and my dad really liked that. I just like the school."
"And the coaching staff, I really like them. I love coach Butch, coach Martinez, coach Thig and I've talked with coach G," Buchanan said. "They are really great coaches and they can get me to where I want to be and they can get me to the next level."
Buchanan, the son of former NFL cornerback Ray Buchanan, recently decommitted from Louisville and has only taken official visits to Louisville and Oklahoma. He will see the Vols in January for an official visit.
