'16 GA ATH Kyle Davis

Any sour grapes with Tee will become laughable if he came here, recruited as he has been in recent years, and got 5* production out of our WR.

He would lock this state down in recruiting. Dads of current recruits watched Tee win it all when they were in their early 20's. Tee represents the golden years, and selling a return to that is as easy as it comes

Has he proven to be a good WR coach? Azzanni can recruit just fine, we don't need another recruiter who can't develop.

Looking at USC's receiver stats since 2012, it looks like on paper that he gets a lot out of his talented group.

If we cant get Tee I would love to interview Jeff Scott out of Clemson. Fantastic recruiter, he is the WR coach / co-offensive coordinator.

I love how this thread has devolved into a burial for our acting WR coach in a thread of a 5* WR recruit we seemingly hold the lead for in his recruitment.

The WR group shined last week. I'm gonna choose to focus on the positive and the current reality instead of living in a dream world where we fantasize about former players returning to coach here.

Davis is a great player and I think one of about 4 kids we are recruiting from GA that could help turn us into a national contender very quickly.

Azzanni doesn't get guys drafted like that. That's where the difference sits.

Tee Martin would be a significant upgrade in every area. Don't really see how anyone could argue otherwise.

But.. But.. But he stated an opinion over a player once when he didn't even know he was being recorded. And who could just forgive and forget the fact that he didn't come coach here, because he didn't feel it was the best move for his family at the time. I can't believe some of you would want such a person in Knoxville.

Really? I think if you did a side by side comparison of USCs WRs and UTs WRs over the past couple of years, I think you will change your tune.

I don't believe for a second that North,Croom and Johnson would be healthy, Pig would have gave his effort to football instead of being dismissed for weed, Williams and Jennings would not be making freshman mistakes etc, if Martin was our WR coach. Btw I have no animosity against Tee.

CB to barn...

That is laughable. dude is far from an auburn homer. Not even sure he's a fan of auburn.

Whenver a player's decision comes down to Auburn and another school besides Alabama, his CB always goes to Auburn. Now, sometimes he's right and he could be in this case, we'll see. It would not surprise anybody if Davis chose the barn.

As for the Tee Martin speculation, have his circumstances changed at all since the first time he rejected us less than 3 years ago? I would like to have him back too but Tee and his family prefer So Cal, so get over it. He's staying put as long as the next HC retains him.

I've been saying Auburn for 3 months. It's been widely rumored that he's been a silent commit there since August. See pg 117.

I wouldn't get your hopes up on this one. We took Brandon Johnson's commitment for a reason.

I just read p. 117. Not one of your better moments. Besides, most of the analysts in the loop say they have no clue. So I doubt your sources are any closer to the situation than theirs. Not to mention P Fort said this one isn't over regardless who he picks Friday.

His players seem to at least perform to the level of their recruiting ranking. Just kind of curious why a lot of our guys have not. I know injuries are part of the equation
