He's not less of a player in a sense. But it does hinder the class ranking a tad. I won't lose any sleep over this. This is 247 though, I personally don't put as much stock into them as rivals.

I think the jury may still be out when it comes to ratings, etc. But when it comes to user interface and experience, as well as their database, 247 takes the cake and it's not even close.

Isn't the whole purose of stars to evaluate how soon they think a player can contribute, not how good they can be? If that's the case I think EE should add at least half a star and put us at the #1 class in the nation haha

Theoretically yes, but as we both see it's totally like that. Star ratings are borderline useless. We have eyes for a reason folks.
