'15 TN DE Kyle Phillips (UT commit 1/3/15)

Taylor has more potential than Phillips. Doesn't necessarily mean he will be better, but is a phenomenal athlete. Ford is good. Losing Phillips sucks but we'll be fine. Especially if we get Walker. Losing Martin hurts worse imo

Taylor and Walker play more WDE than Phillips. 2 different positions. If we whiff on Phillips, I hope we can get Hendrix back into the fold.

I'm more concerned with Martin that any of them. The Payne defection leaves us with 3 scholarship corners.

Happens every year. No one really knows. It's a 17 year old kid. He may change his mind 2-3 more times before he announces.

On his weekly radio show this morning, Matthews said he sees LSU getting both Phillips and Amadi.
Said they aren't huge losses.
Called them good but not grea players.
I didn't heat him mention Martin or any other recruits.

We have a very good class with or without them. I won't be booming like crazy for kids playing Tennessee like a fiddle. Not a big deal with me, they will be forgotten like a long list of players we have lost.JMFO
