'15 TN ATH Jauan Jennings (UT commit 4/7/14)

Urbz is selling him on being the next Braxton Miller lol

Wonder what Jauan will think when Lorenzo Nunez commits to tOSU?

Well Urbs needs to make up his mind on which kid is going to be the next BM. He selling that garbage to T-Gibs as well. I hope we can land TG

LOL You cant believe anything that guy says. He says that to every QB he recruits, even athletes he has no intention of keeping at QB... It's just let he tells every skill player he's the next Harvin.

Seems like I heard the same thing about Van Jefferson and his visit up there as well.

You mean Jaylon Woods? I saw where they said he hated the OSU visit. Hadn't heard that on Van. Hope so, that would be 3 that didn't like their OSU visit.

I read somewhere where Van, now that I think of it, it might have been his dad, was very turned off by the OSU staff. It could have been corner who said it a while back.

He was here today. He went from Nash visiting Vic and Gaulden, to here, to Oakland and now down the Fort Lauderdale

Jauan likes UT a good bit. I'd say we're leading.

I don't think he's QB, though. I think he could be a great safety.

Maybe the guy from Blackman on here can fill us in a little more.

But that is the position he wants to play and the position other schools are recruiting him at.

Tennessee is in good shape early on with Drew Richmond (No. 1), Kyle Phillips (No. 3), Josh Smith (No. 6) and, obviously, Jack Jones (No. 9), who already has committed to the Vols.

I would expect UT to be at least a contender for Jauan Jennings (No. 4), Joshua McMillon (No. 5) and Van Jefferson (No. 8), and I wouldn't be surprised if the Vols remained in the picture with Rico McGraw (No. 2) despite his recent commitment to Georgia.

So far, Tennessee hasn't offered Vanderbilt commitment Donovan Sheffield (No. 7) — and I wouldn't expect the Vols to be much of a contender for him — or Alex Givens, although UT still is keeping an eye on him.

Also, it's definitely worth noting that these rankings will change plenty over the next year, so these aren't necessarily the only 10 in-state guys people should focus on in the 2015 class.

We'll take a closer look at the in-state 2015 class with some content right after signing day.

Another good instate group next year. Really need Richmond and Phillips.

I don't think we get Smith unfortunately.

Afterwards, (Butch) Jones hopped on a plane and headed back to Tennessee and to Murfreesboro. He saw Jack Jones and Josh Smith at Oakland High School and also went by Blackman High School to check in on Jauan Jennings as the Vols battle with other schools for him. - Rivals

If he thinks he will be a college QB at major program he is getting bad advice. His potential is through the roof as an athlete but he would be a poor mans James banks at QB

Read a couple days ago that 247 thinks of him at a top 50 player in the country when he is at safety and a two-star prospect at QB....thought it was interesting...
