Well, to elaborate more on that, we wouldn't have taken Griffin's commitment just yet if they had known Jauan was this high in us and only wanted one safety.

And both kids are great playmakers on the back end, which we have lacked severely. I bet he gets a "shot" at QB and ultimately pairs up with Griffin.

I also do not believe Gaulden will be a safety when he arrives.

Just get elite athletes then figure out where to put them later. I don't care if its WR, FS,SS, CB,QB or anywhere else. We need them everywhere. we just need these great athletes first and foremost.

JMO, AU won't take him as a QB because they don't want to jeopardize their chances with Gibson. They already have 1 QB committed... Tyler Queen. Taking Jennings now would screw them with Torrance.

I like giving Jennings a shot at QB. He obviously wants to be "the man," so I like the attitude. Maybe he can develop the necessary skills and be a baller.

They want 2 safeties in this class from what I've read.

Plus Jennings isnt a lock by any means to end up there in college. He could play anywhere from QB to WR to even OLB IMO.

This. No way Auburn lands 3 guys who are going to all get a "shot" at QB. Queen is already committed and a QB only and he's very highly rated. It sounds like Gibson is going to now commit to them. I cant see Jennings going there if he wants to get a shot at QB with those 2 guys also in the fold for them.

I'll be honest I want to try him at qb. With our recent luck he will go somewhere else and be a stud qb and we will be wondering what could have been lol. Just like Vick, Boyd, and Bryce petty

Tg hasn't given me any reason to think au has an edge over anyone

It'd be nice for him to commit on the 7th and get some good recruiting momentum heading into the O & W game. Maybe he can come and help recruit for us there too.
