I think there's a chance. I don't know that it's going to happen, but I think there's a reason they are still going after guys and they won't be parting ways with Kamara, that's for sure.

The possibility of losing Reid brings you entirely too much joy. He's a current commit. Until he isn't...never mind.

I was always under the assumption that Rocky Reid's commitment implied that the coaching staff recruited him and wanted him to be a VOL. But, westside thinks that's a silly notion.

A lot of fans who tend to be more of the star gazing variety seem sure that a lot of early commitments are "place holders" taken as insurance INCASE a higher rated guy can't be had closer to NSD. I myself just can't buy into that thinking.

I would replace "place holders" with "guys we really like, but may not ultimately sign if we are able to upgrade" and say that is exactly how this staff recruits. JMO.
