'15 NC DT Shy Tuttle (UT commit 9/26/14)

Some vol fan said he was a "lock" on twitter and he responded back "oh I am?" And seems to be favoriting NC fans telling him how much it would mean to play for the home state. Idk, always nervous about these. It'd be our luck to have a supposed "lock" and then get completely trolled.

WTH is wrong with our fans, are they not employed?
Why cant they just say good luck or leave these recruits the h#### alone.

I wouldn't read to much into his response. Especially with the "Lol".

People need to chill and just let it happen. Also, as I alluded to a few days ago, it may be a bucket hat that gets pulled out of the bag or all bucket hats on the table... Something along those lines. This was a request from McKenzie.

Mike Farrell just posted on VQ that Tuttle is a Vol. He's already informed UNC and NC State.

"Everyone pretty much already knows but I heard from a good source from school that was eliminated recently that barring a stunner Shy is a Vol tomorrow. Captain Obvious has spoken!"

You would think that recruiting service would keep hush about impending commitments considering the recruits choose to do interviews with them and attend their camps.

But i guess once said recruit has chosen a school, they consider them a used commodity and are of little value to Rivals once they pick a school.

Love or Frasier
Sweet

Call it a day.

Obviously its in flux, but that would give us 253 points in 247 and put us at No. 7 class, slightly ahead of Penn State. Swapping Frasier for Love would put as No. 6. We're currently the No. 9 class.

I think bragging rights of "being in the know" before it's official takes precedence over any moral obligation. Not that it's appropriate, but analysts like feeling as if they were ahead of the curve.

This also occurs often on message boards where people pretend to be insiders, often having pie in the face when proven to be wrong. I'd rather let someone else jump the gun and use them as a reference. That way I'm never "that guy".

I think we will lose a recruit or two from our current list, by virtue of grades or just a "mutual separation" like Jaylond Woods. We could see several new faces by NSD. So much time. Michigan and UNC recruits, for example, may be looking around sooner rather than later.
