I wasn't aware we were forced to choose between looking like clowns or winning. I personally liked the gray uniforms and I've been around a while but I don't want Nike doing some of the craziness they do with Oregon unis at the same time. I think we can have different opinions on the uniform appearance but every true UT fan wants to win first and foremost.

by 2017 when McKenzie and Tuttle are fully developed it will be impossible to run up the gut on us.

Both will command a double team, leaving a single tackle and tight end to block both ends.

I envision offenses having to completely change their offensive philosophies when facing us in the future because of these two behemoths

Not to mention having to also deal with Barnett and Hendrix at the same time. Plus some good quality depth and whoever else we bring on board in the meantime. Can't wait!

I envision playing Barnett and Hendrix at end and on obvious passing situations they slide inside between Butcher and Henderson.

to the rest of the SEC I say...good luck with that.

The thread is supposed to be about Shy Tuttle, but I find people arguing over uniforms. Worse than that, it gets into insults of some not liking because they are too old, and some about being too young.

When this happens, as it does way too often, I find myself hoping we do not have any fans from other schools coming here for proof of Tennessee having some "dim light" fans.

Some of the arguments should like kindergartners arguing with senile seniors.

Having said that, could we get some input from someone who may actually have some credible information concerning SHY TUTTLE!

I'm glad you mentioned Henderson. I think he gets lost in the mix bc he is redshirting and Barnett/Hendrix have made great first impressions... also, bc we have KMac/Tuttle/Butcher et al coming soon. I truly believe once he gets his weight/strength where it needs to be that he will be an absolutely fierce pass rusher. He has great speed/agility and body control. He will be special.
