It's been said that only 2 were his fault. The others have been WRs falling down or letting it go through hands.

DeBerry is just as good, and he'd bring a ton of versatility too as he can play up and down. We are talking about shooting for the stars here as well. Dalton and DeBerry are LONG shots at best right now. I see us only getting 3-5 new recruits by NSD. We have a solid class as is. Obviously when guys like Frasier or Dalton listen to our pitch and want to visit we will make a run at them.

I was only saying that due to me thinking we had a far better shot at dalton then deberry just because I'm new to dalton... I love deberry but I knew we have minimal to no shot at him. I have just heard buzz around him and us and also how zoned to us Tuttle is... Didn't know if that was going to play in to dalton or not... But fair analysis.

His problem is that he has the same issues at UNC that Dooley did here, except he's actually proven he can win and people seam to really like him. UNC, like us under Dooley, cant lock down their state in recruiting. Every SE SEC school and the big ACC schools are all putting straws into the recruiting pool of NC and sucking it dry leaving nothing for UNC. Fedora can coach and recruit. Don't take my word on it though, just go look at his numbers at Southern Miss. He put up the best offensive stats in his tenure their in the history of their program. He even landed a few big time prospects, one of which I believe was a 5 star WR. UNC problem is they have been caught cheating academically and finically more then once in the last 7-8 years, and everyone around them has got way better in football the last 5-6 years aka South Carolina, Clemson, FSU, etc. UNC has no chance of out recruiting any of the SEC schools or the power teams of the ACC.

I do not see how any coach can recruit with those hideous UNC uniforms. Their Carolina Blue and white was nice. Adding black makes them look like a high school program.

They are without a doubt my new favorite team to watch this year. Beat vtech and almost got the gamecocks.

But the way CBJ is recruiting elite defensive tackles, we could see more 3-4 looks from our defense in the future.

Absolutely. We are already seeing it. There has been a few times this year where O'Brien, O. Williams, and Barnett lined up on the line with Maggit, Weatherd, AJ, and JRM playing standing up. What to watch for going forward this season will be Veeren, Maggit, and Weatherd on the field at the same time on passing downs. Those three guys wreck havoc when they are on the field together.
