'15 NC DT Shy Tuttle (UT commit 9/26/14)

Yep. There is no way to interpret this any other way then Tuttle is a silent commitment. Elder and Stripling will be there to press the flesh while Butch works the undecided's...Butch would be there if there was any doubt and nobody would be there if we were out of it. This is a done deal. Vol...Can't wait for the gif explosion a week from today.

And this one.:)

Note to self: Info from 247 is worthless...anyway, Butch is just emphasizing how important he is to us and not taking anything for granted....I will never comment on a rumor posted from another board again...It just makes you look like an ass later on.

The Man. The Myth. The Legend.

Butch. Stones.

Don't mean to change the subject but is that Casey Clausen in your avi? He is one of my fav. UT QB's of all time and he was very underrated, IMO. Dude was money on the road.

Tuttle is a Vol(trying to stay on topic)!:)

One of my favs.He was cold blooded.

He had Ice in his veins. My husband told me after we recruited him that he would be the starter out of the several QB's we had committed that year. I'll never forget that he threw a TD on the first play of his collegiant career against UL-Monroe(one of those Louisiana) schools.

Sorry to derail the thread. It's my fault. Now back to Tuttle....:)

Was Monroe. We won 70-0

Only time I ever saw Casey get upset was when he took a late hit going out of bounds against Uf.

I know NOTHING about what coaches can do as far as in person contact with recruits. Can jones only go to the game and NOT talk to him or can an assistant talk to him after the game?? Jw

According to a well respected poster on the GQ, Butch has canceled plans to attend Tuttle's game tonight and will instead visit multiple games in the midstate area.

I think with Tuttle practically in the bag, this is a smart move.

Wonder why Butch went all the way to see QD who is already comitted but skipped the trip to see ST, who is possibly a silent commit?

They might be worried about QD. I know he is in high school, but he has been pretty careless with the pigskin so far this season. Sounds like a Tyler Bray clone.
