Go ahead and find the finest granite in all of the land for Butch's statue if he's able to get Beyonce on Tennessee's sideline for games. That's Pete Carrollish-type stuff right there.

The great thing about all of this is that many, many people across the country who did not know who Shy was now do. Even Beyoncé knows who he is now I bet. CBJ is bringing the high heat baby. Shy now can see how CBJ is a master at promoting him across the country BEFORE he even commits. Who would not want to play for a coach like that. And when he comes to Tennessee do not be too surprised if Beyoncé fits it in her schedule to come see one game in the 3 or 4 years he is here. It is good publicity for her too which all stars need and love.

I'm very sure that's true. I would think CBJ would have run that by one of the university attorneys before he sent it just to make sure there was nothing that they could do about it. I'm guessing it will either be ignored or Tennessee gets a letter asking them not to do it again. Probably not illegal but toeing the line.

I doubt that there is anything illegal about it at all. I really doubt it is even toeing the line. Celebrity pics get cut and pasted on things all the time. If you put a pic out in public, it becomes public domain.

If it is being used as advertisement to make a profit, or as advertisement in conjunction with a political point of view, then there might be an arguement. In this capacity. Not so much.

Hell, I'd just about bet you could go onto any of probably thousands of fake porn sites and see cut and pasted pics of celebs all over them. Ok...Ok...I can't lie. I know for a fact that you can. There I said it.
