The Crystal Ball pointed to North Carolina as the team to beat for Tuttle just a few weeks ago, but things have changed over the past month. The last 28 picks for the five-star prospect have gone to Tennessee, with 19 of those predictions coming this month. He’s also believed to be considering N.C. State, but the Vols and Tar Heels remain the favorites on the Crystal Ball for Tuttle, who plans to announce his decision Sept. 26.

Just like north Carolina should be able to come into Tennessee and get any hoops star we should be able to do the same and get football stars. Butch knows that North Carolina can get fertile ground for UT.
