How did everyone go from making comments like, Mr.Cherry once made a grizzly bear piss his pants,to now with everyone saying he's too slow and they are willing to trade him for Kirkland? I don't give a crap what the stars or rankings are, I don't care if he runs a 5.5, and I really don't care that he took a free trip to another campus, I hope we don't lose Cherry. He seems like a great leader and he is a head hunter.

Because it's looking like a done deal that Cherry will flip and fans will be fans (and there really is a lot to be positive about if we do land Kirkland. That's not just Vol fans trying to make themselves feel better about losing a good player - Kirkland is also a very good prospect.)

Bryant is constantly getting overlooked on here. He's gonna be a really good MLB. That being said, we definitely need a MLB in this class. Big time need.

I would agree with that. Cherry is 20 years too late, he would have paved some nice running lanes for Jamal and The Cheese.

I think Jakob is too. The guy is gonna be a headhunter. There is a reason Butch called him the "alpha male" of the EE's in Jan.

People get personally upset when guys start looking at other schools, so they make stuff up to make themselves feel better.

Jakob is going to be a terror on our defense. I really like Bryant as well though. I think Jakob has been super impressive considering his limited background. It's just a joy to finally have quality options at every position now. Been a while since we've been blessed with SEC-quality depth like this...
