Could be. I am going with 20 now as it is right in the middle of CBJs 18-22 range. Taking 20 means we lose 8 current Vols off the roster.
I think they'll get around 25 when all is said and done. General attrition will be higher than normal again simply because the upperclassmen in general were not only not recruited by Butch but a large amount of them simply arent talented enough to play at a high SEC level. It would be one thing if Butch had inherited a loaded roster, he inherited the complete opposite. Even some of the kids he signed in his first class were probably stretches because of the short amount of time he had to work with.

This roster was horrid. That's why the freshmen look so much better than the upperclassmen. Sutton is a high caliber freshman no doubt but his play was head and shoulders above all of the upperclassmen. That's a major problem when your best players are freshmen. North and Sutton were arguably our two best players last season. That's a major problem when trying to have a successful season in the SEC.

I thought I read something about Johnson possibly moving to DE. That would leave us with only Bryant and Cherry going forward wouldn't it?
