I'm gonna guess NC State here. I just don't think he's a take right now for us. We have McKenzie (silent), Picou, and think we land one of Tuttle or DJ. 3 great DTs this class and we are done.
If he commits to us, then we must only feel good with one out of McKenzie/Tuttle/DJ...or we are taking 4 DTs this cycle.

+1...wild times in recruiting and it's STILL only June lol. I love it![]()
Well it looks like the CB predictions are starting to come in for Tennessee.
Is it because UT is the best looking option of the 3, or does someone know something?
I hope it's not the latter to be honest. I like Johnson and think he could be a good player but taking him probably means we've missed on one of our bigger DT targets imo.
Or we're taking at least 4 DTs and your head may explode
If they can take 4, that's cool with me. I won't ever complain about adding DT depth. After taking 8-9 DL guys last year, I'm not sure what the thinking would be adding 7 more this year though and only maybe 6 on the OL over 2 classes.
If you have the ability to sign 4 quality and productive DT's.... You do it. Now we don't have to rotate someone like Jordan Williams and put him in the interior of the line... Where he doesn't belong.
Make no mistake about it, Quentez is no slouch of a player.
I just don't see us taking him right now. I think if Picou hadn't committed then Quentez would be a Vol. However, since we've still got McKenzie and DJ Jones to go along with the momentum we've gained with Tuttle I don't think we would take Q.
