He's #1 QB in the nation because guys like Mike "will" Farrell and JC Shurburt ice cream said so. I do not know if they've ever played football. I gots a question, who has offered him?

So what you're telling me is ALL of these programs coaches see something special in Gibson? That can't be because according to LV the only teams who want Gibson are only concerned with what the recruiting services say. Not his actual talent and skill.
I can't wait to see Gibson pick the Vols. This guy is an absolute beast and is an essential component to getting us to the level we demand of UT football.
I don't think he is the #1 QB in the nation.
Rivals-#4 ATH
247-#1 ATH
Scout-#2 QB
ESPN-#2 QB.
TIFWIW.
He's also listed as an ATH on ESPN. I'm not going to get into a debate, but I just don't understand why he continues to play WR at the 7 vs 7s, if he is going to play QB his senior year and in college. I am not questioning anyone's knowledge of the situation, but things just don't add up. No matter which one he plays, I'm excited to get him.

After hearing that Gibson is going to be a WR at the IMG National 7v7, I do believe there is a good chance that Gibson might end up at WR. What I mean is he will be given a chance at QB (he might end up playing later on), but he knows if that doesn't work he will be moved to WR fast.
Maybe this thread is causing me to have Stockholm Syndrome (thanks LV).
That said I am not sold at all on either JJ or QD. I believe whoever we pick up in the next class will end up starting over them. I pray I'm wrong.
Yes pretty much. You make room for someone like Gibson. The added bonus is there is a chance (how much a chance? I'm not a coach like some on here) he could end up a QB, but at worst you have an amazing athlete at your disposable.
