@quick_tg6: Waking up in Knoxville 🔶 #RockyTop

Well, this just proves that we are out of it, and that he has no real interest in Tennessee. This lack of commitment shows that he is really just a silent commit to Auburn. We should move on.

And this gif... jus because.

If TG is in Knoxville and was during the time of the QB camp, why on earth would he not attend? Kind of bizarre

Apparently he arrived late last night. It's a long drive from So Fla.

Is he not allowed to throw footballs today?

I thought he said it would be late Saturday/early Sunday before he got here. He wasn't here during the camp.

The excuses being made for Gibson are comical and all because he has an extra star next to his name. You just think it's a coincidence that a kid who struggles throwing the ball shows up a day late to an elite passing camp? Meanwhile Jennings shows up to camp to improve himself at the position he wants to play instead of hiding from it.

I get the gist of what you're saying and can't say I disagree, but there is around a 700 mile difference between how far they had to go just to get there

True but did TG just find out about the camp Friday? I'm pretty sure this has been known about for awhile now.

True, but sometimes things come up. It looks like he somehow bummed a 1,700 mile trip off somebody, so that looks like he wanted to be here and will hopefully throw for the coaches today

I love the number of posters that act like getting to Knoxville from Ft. Lauderdale is akin to a stroll in the park. I wish I had a fraction of your time and money if decisions such as this are just made on a whim.

It is odd that the kid does not have anyone seemingly in the state of FL who would give him a ride. It literally took a couple random dudes from Chattanooga to get him here. Meanwhile I'm curious about his parents. Where are they and why exactly would they permit their son to get in a car and travel to Tennessee with some dudes from twitter? Maybe it's normal to some, I find it very odd.

The AU camp trip was about a 10HR trip for him. Maybe he should have just stayed around there or headed to UT right after that AU camp ended. A few more nights in a hotel would be much cheaper than traveling home then making the trip north again. JMO

Bumming a ride to the store is completely different than nicely asking someone to drive you to Knoxville. Maybe because he told them how bad he wanted to be here and this was the only way he could

Exactly. It isn't exactly an easy trip. Stuff happens. If you ask me it really says something that he didn't just give up and stay home. He did what he had to do and got here. TG is on campus just like he said he would be. And if you don't think that's a good thing then I just don't know what to tell you. GBO

Not if there is a prior connection. We don't know the story yet.

Yeah, I would not jump to violation just yet. I'd imagine the coaches would have inquired about how he was getting to campus IF his parents were not coming along. Obviously if it was questionable, the staff would have told him no go.
