I am with you Bruce, I know I have made a few bad decisions in life. I am grateful there were people to encourage me instead of beat me down further. Regardless if the young man plays for UT or another school, Bruce is correct in saying we are better than this.

Butch is investing and instilling more than just football into the lives of these young men. Lets follow his lead.

I'm more concerned about when his plans to announce are more than this incident. If TG isn't ready to announce wihin the next couple of months (preferably sooner) then we should move on.

If he chooses to come to UT at a later time, and there is space availble then, it should be as an athlete, not a QB.

@joshdarrow: So I did not have full story about Torrance Gibson. Either did Slater. Only difference I am man enough to admit it & work to clarify (1/3)

@joshdarrow: There were 2 seperate incidents re: Gibson. One with AH staff. That led to suspension for part of spring, for which he was re-instated (2/3)

@joshdarrow: Shortly after, there was a 2nd incident. The one I reported which requires some sensitivity. It is THIS incident why TG not in school (3/3).

@joshdarrow: These are two seperate pieces to one story. Not all lumped together. It's more complex and I hope that clarifies.

Throw the bank at Francois and call it a day. Too much drama here if those incidents are true. And yes, I understand kids make mistakes, so please don't give me the argument.

Yeah like cmon dude. There's clearly a history and bad blood between the two of them but take it easy. I clearly dunno all the background there but it seems petty and unprofessional.
