By my count, we have 5, lost one. Added the kid from Umass and one more walk on, right? That puts us at 5 or 6. 4 of which have taken in game snaps in college.

By the time '15 class is on campus, we will have lost 1. That puts us at 5. You want 8 QB's on the roster while trying to convince an elite '16 class kid to come to town? Get a clue.

SO you are counting walk ons?I hope you are being facetious. In 15 we will have Dobbs, Peterman, JJ and QD. Not a lot of qbs.

Just give it up. They'd obviously rather have a one legged, 47 year old with COPD than the # 1 DT QB in America. It doesn't matter who, just so it's not Gibson. I don't know if Gibson slept with their wives and girlfriends or what, but he's clearly made some determined enemies on the volnation forum.

If you take 3 QB's per class someone is leaving...period. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it.

BTW, this is not about dislike for Gibson. I wish we had could land him. But to replace JJ, not Dormady.

If the coaches were fine with rolling into 2014 with Worley, Dobbs, Fergs, and Peterman, why would they not be ok in 2015 with Dobbs, Peterman, Dormady, and Jennings? Especially when they still set themselves up well to get a 2016 guy? HELLO!

Space the QBs out a bit and possibly headed into 2016 with 5 QBs on scholarship PLUS MATT WILLIAMS! :loco:

Right...But you can't use his 5* status against Dormady. He is a 4*...which is the same ranking as Dormady. Who appears to be widely more accurate.

I'll take more completions over more rushing yards from my QB.

Agree with the bolded. Makes me think that maybe CBJ and Co. is done at QB or maybe TG has told Butch that he isn't interested in UT any more. Heck, I don't know.:crazy:

I actually don't mind the "ganging up" on me. Tells me I am doing good work on here. I like the battle. I don't shy away from a fight. If there was a VN thread camp....

I'd actually attend.
