Again posted today by VQ, the hold up with Turner is a math class, not a test score, he is good in the department. Not sure if he's retaking a summer math class or what the course of action is, but per VQ there is definite optimism on UT's side.
I have this figured out so both AD and VQ are correct. (Not really but trying to avoid conflict)
Both the ACT and SAT testing dates have past for the summer. So retaking either isn't an option.
He needs to retake a math class in order to raise his gpa to meet the test test score on the sliding scale.
Thus the math class is the hold up because improving the test isn't an option.
All just guessing but makes everyone correct
He was playing with Trevor Lacey in that video. Cool. This is a recent feature which makes it seem like a done deal. Hoping it gets locked up soon.

Not sure if this will work, but it's worth the shot.

Here is the August update from 247 on Lamonte Turner. They were told this week that there was definitely nothing new for better or worse regarding that situation. His late reclassification from the Class of 2016 to the Class of 2015 has come with some hurdles and it's coming down to the wire.
